Vaseline Healthy White SPF24 Triple Lightening Lotion
Yay or Nay?
- First of all,I am very bad with keeping track on the prices of products that I buy unless its something that I've been wanting for the longest time,random buys like this is just...not that important,haha and sometimes I wanted to test it out for at least a week or more,and then forget about the price.
- I am slightly uncomfortable with the scent of this lotion,I don't know why,many find it pleasant but its just...not right for me,has anyone try this before and find the scent uncomfortable?
- The lotion applies on sticky(thou very much expected with Vaseline's range of lotion) and it takes time for it to sink in and for the stickiness to subside a little.I don't know if its the weather here that affects the consistency or is it just me? Luckily the lotion can be easily wash off with water and soap.
- It is very hard to blend it,takes time,I had to rub pretty hard -__-
- I did not notice any lightening effects but it does prevent my skin from getting graze by the sun.
UPDATE : A question posted by Gwen,thanks for asking ^^ And yes it does smell like the lotion from the normal range ( as in the pink one)

ive seen a few people review this lotion some say its good other not....i guess your review just another one. cuz im always looking for better spf for the rest of my body(mainly legs)in the summer~~~

I usually steer very clear of sticky lotions, I do not like the feel of lotions sticking to my clothes and skin.

Wow, Vaseline makes a lightening lotion? That's news to me! Sorry to hear though that the scent wasn't agreeable. =\

Ohh ive never tried Vaseline lotions so i have no ideas.. Ive only used aveno lol..yea I'm soo boriiinggg lol!!.. And hun, u can actually go to her site www.paulaschoice.com and then click on international(one of the tabs) then click malaysia :) u can also get samples or buy their products there :)..... Aaaaaaa my bangs.. They aren't the best but at least I saved a few bucks to get myself just junk food instead haha....congrattsss! I have no idea where those states are because I like in Canada, we only have a few provinces and territory lol not as confusing I think.... Wat are u gone be studying there?? :)
Oooooooooh 'triple' whitening, seriously I am so wary of anything that says 'whitening' in the first place, but 'triple'? What does that even mean!
I have naturally tanned skin and unless I mummify myself before I go out I am not going to be able to keep myself white. Therefore I resent these stupid whitening products lol! When I go back to Taiwan everyone's like 'oh you're so pretty! it's a shame you're so tanned'... SCREW YOU! LOL!

Awww too bad it didn't really work for you. Ugh I can't stand sticky lotions. Especially when I was back in Malaysia, those would turn greasy yuck!

I agree if you don't like the scent don't bother. after all you will be rubbing that all over your body.

Ugh your so lucky you live in Asia and they have whitening body lotion.. All we have is body lotion that makes you darker ugh GRRR hahaha.
Actually strawberry shortcake bar is all ice cream but there's different layers just like a strawberry shortcake cake would be like.. There's like a layer of strawberry ice cream on the inside and the outside is vanilla ice cream :)
I tried this before. This definitely didn't whiten my skin. I'm now using Rosken. hehe
