Random Update - Angry Birds,Bag,Ray Magazine

Sorry for the lack of blog post, been trying to catch up with my studies,I'm only taking 3 subjects this semester but yet so hectic.

So here is a random post from the past week,my Australian cousin was back for a visit,so between juggling my studies and being sick( i fell sick twice in 2 weeks -__-),I was asked to bring my little cousin(yes his only 14/15 and taller than me .__.) around ,I'm closest to him since my brother is not around and my other cousins are chinese educated and can't communicate well with him.

My cousin is named after a famous capital and a city in the east coast of USA, lol lol,I'm still giggly over his name till today. Any guesses? I will reveal his name in my next blogpost.

Angry Birds inspired cake, tailored for my cousin( thou he not being very interested in the design more than the cake itself, yummy blackforest cake) Its a big hit here in Malaysia,my aunt assuming that all kids love angry birds, got this for him XD

If you follow me on twitter, you would have seen my tweeting about an english version of Ray magazine,a Malaysia and Singapore edition!( follow me if you haven't already @eee2s ,lol) Contents are Japanese with a few local pages.

Here is a spread from the magazine! =D I can't read chinese and japanese so imagine my excitement!! Finally something that I can read instead of just admiring the pictures and all. <3

The magazine also came with a free naga nail pre-glued nails!!! Double score, the magazine was priced at MYR 9,about 3USD and came with a free gift.

And lastly,a picture of my new bag pack from forever21. I love to carry bag pack nowadays,so convenient and less stress on the shoulders in a sense that its balanced compared to handbags and sling bags.Maybe its just me but oh well.

Can't be bothered with grammar lately,so forgive me for any mistakes. Hope everyone is well, take care!

Haha..that cake is awesome! XD When we were in Chiangmai, I noticed that they were selling Angry Birds t-shirts everywhere so I'm guessing it's popular there as well. I can't believe they have an English version of Ray! And hmmm....I am going to guess that your cousin's name is Washington? ;)

That cake looks really cool! Angry Birds seems to be really popular in Asia for some reason :P

Lol I have that same problem too - all my "little" cousins are all taller than me now because they're all hitting puberty and getting their growth spurts. But then again, I'm pretty short to begin with xD

The backpack and nails are really cute too!

Hello! My name is Maye and stumbled by because of a search engine. I'd like to ask if you know about a site in your country that can ship overseas Ray magazine. I live in Mexico and I'm at beginner level on japanese, this sounds like a great option!
Hope you can reccomend me a site or a way to get shipped this magazine. Many people quote mynews.com but it gives me a broken link.
Thank you very much!

Hi Maye,I hope you read this,I have no other way to contact you besides here since no email was left. I am not sure if there is a company that ships this kind of magazines overseas but you can try to contact the company that produces this english version of the Ray magazine, its actually a local production here in Malaysia.

their email :
ray@cite.my.

you can try to search for them on facebook under the name of Ray Malaysia.

I hope this helps! :)

I love the game too! lol but don't get the hype of anything else besides the game concept itself. Asia is populated with Angry Birds toys and etc everywhere... hmm maybe just southeast asia lol.

Omg there's an English version!! I'm as excited as you because it's so frustrating that I can't read/write Chinese either! Yet I'm into Asian fashion and make up so I'm so glad Ray has an English version. I'm definitely going to get it when I go back. Is it available in most bookstores? Or only places like Kinokuniya?

Cute rucksack! Love the stripey design
